Delivery
Delivery is available to the UK only. We aim to deliver your calendars within 10 full working days from receipt of order.
If you have a specific deadline, please ensure to include the information in “Order Notes” when completing your order and we will be in touch.
If your delivery address is overseas and you would like to arrange your own courier to collect from our address, we are more than happy to advise of weight and dimensions and also print any paperwork required to attach to the package. Please contact us for more information.
In the unfortunate event that a calendar has arrived damaged or items are missing from your order please email sales@johnsonscalendars.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery.
We aim to respond within in 24 hours, however please note our working hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
Please note that once your order has been dispatched we are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.
We use third party carriers whom determine an estimated delivery timeframe but do not guarantee a specific delivery date.
Deliveries may be delayed due to (adverse) weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or other force majeure events. Such delays do not entitle the customer to cancellation, refunds, or compensation for late delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address information, re-delivery fees may apply.
